Each therapeutic approach has a theoretical foundation, a methodology, and a specific scope of application. Not all are suitable for every person or situation, so choosing the right approach is crucial and must be tailored to the individual’s particulars and context.

COGNITIVE-BEHAVIORAL

This approach, backed by decades of research, focuses on identifying and changing negative patterns of thought and behavior. Cognitive-behavioral therapy and its variations, such as REBT, have proven effective in treating a wide range of psychological problems. From cognitive restructuring to psychoeducation, this approach is known for its scientific rigor and lasting results.

STRATEGIC BRIEF THERAPY

With a more concentrated focus, Strategic Brief Therapy seeks the minimum change necessary to produce a solution. Especially suitable for those facing temporary difficulties, this therapy stands out for its efficiency, significantly reducing the number of sessions needed to achieve tangible results. Its main goal is to provide relief and solutions in the shortest time possible.

MINDFULNESS – HYPNOSIS

These techniques focus on mindfulness and deep relaxation. Through mindfulness practice, individuals learn to be present in the current moment, while hypnosis can be used to achieve states of deep relaxation and make changes at the subconscious level. Both techniques can help reduce stress, improve concentration, and promote overall well-being.

SYSTEMIC – COUPLES

This therapeutic approach addresses specific problems and dynamics within couples or family systems.
