ABOUT ME
My name is Jonathan, and I am a Health Psychologist.
I initially trained in cognitive-behavioral therapies, but I quickly became interested in the idea of helping people resolve their issues in less time. That’s why I pursued training in systemic family therapy and strategic brief therapy. The latter model comes from the renowned professor Giorgio Nardone, with whom I had the pleasure of studying in Barcelona.
I worked in Barcelona for 10 years, in Geneva for 4, and recently, I settled in Tenerife, where I have been for almost 10 years. I have worked with various groups, including youth, adults, within the penitentiary system, individuals with functional diversity, and couples.
I hold a master’s degree in general health, allowing me to practice as a health psychologist, and I can provide services in Spanish, English, French, and Catalan.
My passion is to help people, and if possible, to do so quickly.
